VANTIC

Brand foundation

MOVE FIRST.

VANTIC is an urban lifestyle tech sport brand for people who treat the city as their training ground. These guidelines describe who we are, how we look and how we sound, so that everything we make feels like one brand: kinetic, precise and warm underneath.
MOVE FIRST.

VANTIC was founded in Rotterdam in 2021 by Noor Adeyemi, a former 400-metre sprinter, and Jelle Vos, a sensor engineer who had spent a decade building motion-capture systems for physiotherapy. They shared one frustration: performance gear was designed for stadiums and studios, while most people actually move through cities. Between trams, stairs, rain, night shifts and lunch-break runs.

The name fuses vantage and kinetic: the advantage you gain by moving. Today VANTIC designs footwear, layered apparel and connected products from studios in Rotterdam, Tokyo and Los Angeles. Everything we release is tested on asphalt, not on a treadmill.

The city never waits. Neither do we. Ahead of the city, always.

01

Purpose and positioning

Purpose. We exist to make movement the default state of urban life. Not a workout you schedule, but the way you get through the day.

Positioning. Where the big sport brands sell the stadium moment and outdoor brands sell the summit, VANTIC owns the space between: the everyday distance. We are the only brand that engineers gear and connected tech specifically for movement inside cities.

Promise. Gear that reads the city as well as you do.

02

Values

Four values steer every decision, from the midsole to the push notification.

01

Momentum

We favour progress over perfection. Ship, test on the street, improve. A product that is out there moving people beats a flawless concept in a drawer.

02

Precision

Every gram, every seam, every word has a job. We measure, we cut, we explain. Precision is how we show respect for the time people give us.

03

Belonging

Cities are crowded and lonely at the same time. VANTIC builds crews, not audiences. Our community runs, trains and shows up for each other, online and at the corner.

04

Candour

We say what a product does and what it does not. No miracle fabrics, no invented science. If we got it wrong, we say so and fix it.

Personality

Kinetic

Kinetic

We are always mid-motion. Our layouts lean forward, our images blur, our sentences start with verbs. Stillness is a pause, never a pose.

Precise

Precise

Technical without being cold. We show the data, name the material and give the number. Then we stop. Precision is a form of confidence.

Warm underneath

Warm underneath

Under the black shell there is a crew that laughs. We celebrate the fist bump more than the finish line. People first, product second, always.

04

Brand architecture

Running and training footwear built for mixed surfaces: asphalt, tiles, stairs, wet cobbles. Signature element: the Signal heel counter and the translucent Vector midsole. Naming: PULSE followed by a two-digit generation and a surface code, e.g. PULSE 03 Wet.

Layered apparel that adapts from a 6 °C commute to a 30-minute tempo run: shells, mid-layers, base layers. Signature element: laser-cut ventilation and a single Signal zip or piping line. Naming: SHIFT plus a layer number, e.g. SHIFT L2 Shell.

Sensor insoles, the LINK band and the LINK app. LINK turns every route into data you can use: cadence, ground contact, city heat maps, crew sessions. Signature element: the Pulse waveform in Signal on Asphalt. LINK is always written in capitals and never translated.

Socks, caps, bags, tees. Quiet products in Asphalt, Concrete and Ice with a small Vector. CORE carries the brand every day and never shouts.
